Board
The Board, the highest authority of the Foundation, is charged with:
- All decisions on grants
- The implementation of the objectives and statutes of the Foundation.
The Board consists of seven to nine members providing representation that is broad enough to ensure democratic transparency while maintaining efficiency.
The Board members fulfill their functions on a voluntary basis and are elected for a term of four years.

The deadline for submitting a standard grant application to the EMHRF Secretariat is February 01, 2012
