The Secretariat of the Foundation is hosted by the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network (EMHRN).

It receives the applications,

Fulfils advisory and mediating services towards applicants,

Follows up on Board decisions,

Oversees grants and monitors their implementation,

Maintain regular communications between Board members.
The EMHRF's secretariat is located in Copenhagen.
